Refund Policy

• Arena entry fees are refunded to your wallet automatically if a room is cancelled before it starts, or if you leave the lobby before the start.
• Fees for a battle that has started are not refundable.
• Wallet top-ups are refundable to the original payment method within 7 days if unused — write to support.
• The Premium pass is non-refundable after activation, except for duplicate or failed payments.
• Failed payments that were debited are auto-reversed by the bank or payment partner, usually within 5–7 working days.
